• Coverage: This warranty extends with the structure and encompasses nuisance animals such as raccoons, squirrels, rats, mice, skunks, opossums, and bats.

• Cleanup Services: Remove any deceased animals or rodent carcasses from the premises, and deodorize the area if needed.

• Renewal Option: Clients have the choice to renew the agreement after the initial period.

Coverage Exclusions:

• Our warranty does not cover damages caused by Acts of God (e.g., rain, hail, fire, flood, hurricanes, tornadoes, falling objects).

• We do not cover structural deterioration caused by animals or rodents attempting to enter or re-enter your property.

• Damage inside or outside your property, including roofs, chimneys, lawn furniture, pool equipment, HVAC systems, cable, or alarm wiring, is not covered.

• For homes with Pier & Beam foundations and/or Tile Roofs (e.g., Spanish style), our warranty applies only to the specific services provided by us.
